Erply integration with Smaily

Add contacts from Erply to Smaily

Smaily integration with Erply allows you to automatically add contacts to Smaily and update their data. This saves you the trouble of manually adding contacts whenever a new contact is created or updated in Erply.

In order for Integromat to automate contact synchronization for you, just create a connection between Erply and Smaily. You can use Smaily premade template that will make the creation of your scenario much easier. You can also expand and customize the scenario to meet your own individual needs.

To begin integrating go to https://www.integromat.com/ and create a new account if you already don’t have one.

Create a connection with your Erply account

After creating the account in Integromat open the Erply template and click on the button “Create new scenario from template”.

For this integration you will need:

  • Erply customer code (six digit code)
  • Erply account username and password.

Step 1. Create a connection with your Erply account

  • Click on the first HTTP module.
  • Insert the request URL: https://<your-customer-code>.erply.com/api. Example: https://123456.erply.com/api.
  • Select POST as the method.

Set up the Query String:

  • Click on the pencil icon and substitute the corresponding values with your Erply username, password and customer code.
  • Check parse response and click Continue.

Step 2.  Click on the Repeater module

Set initial value to 1 and repeats to 3. This means you can synchronize 300 added/synced contacts to Smaily in a day. You can increase the number of repeats to sync more contacts in a day.

Step 3. Second HTTP module

  • In the second HTTP module, insert the request URL as in the first one.
  • Select POST as the method.
  • Substitute the <your-customer-code> with your customer code. All other settings should stay as it is.
  • Check parse response and click Continue.

Step 4. Iterator module

  • For Iterator module select data records[ ] from the 2.module. Make sure “map” is on.
  • Click Continue.

*Filter (With email only)

Only contacts which have email filled can be synced to Smaily. Use the same default conditions as set in the template to avoid errors.

Step 5. Third HTTP module

  • In the next HTTP module, insert the request URL as in previous ones.
  • Select POST as the method.

Set up the Query String:

  • Substitute the <your-customer-code> with your customer code. All other settings should stay as it is.
  • Check parse response and click Continue.

Step 6. Router module

Router module gives you 2 routes:

  • Filter (Subscribe)  – Add condition so that only contacts who have subscribed get subscribed status in Smaily. Leave as set by default and click Continue.
  • Filter (Unsubscribed) – Unsubscribe only contacts who have unsubscribed from newsletters. Leave as set by default and click Continue.

Create a connection with your Smaily account

Step 7. Subscribe route

  • Click on Subscribe route Smaily module.
  • Create a connection with your Smaily account.
  • Next to the connection dropdown click “Add”.
  • New modal will be opened, where you can add suitable connection name and your Smaily account subdomain, username and password. Click “Continue”.
  • Now the scenario is connected to Smaily.
