Ordering credit points

When using a credit points based subscription plan, users have to order a sufficient amount of credit points to their account to send out campaigns. One email to one subscriber equals one credit point. The minimal amount of credit points that can be ordered at a time is 2000. The points are valid for a year.

1. Click on “Points” in the upper right corner next to the user name.
2. Options for ordering credit points will be displayed in the new pop-up window.
3. Make your selection and click “Order now” next to the suitable amount of points.
4. Credit points will be added to your account shortly after.
5. An invoice for the ordered credit will be sent to the account’s billing address.
