Ordering credit points

When using a credit points based subscription plan, users have to order a sufficient amount of credit points before sending campaigns. 1 email to 1 subscriber equals 1 credit point. The minimal amount of credit points that can be ordered at a time is 1000. The points are valid for a year. Read more about credit points plan.

1. Click on “Credits” in the upper right corner next to the username.
2. Options for ordering credit points will be displayed in the new pop-up window.
3. Make your selection and click “Order now!” next to the suitable amount of points.
4. Confirm your credit order by clicking “Yes”.
5. Close the pop-up after confirmation message is shown.
6. Credit points will be added to your account shortly after and the invoice will be sent to the account’s billing address.
